INVITATION BY THE JUDICIARY FOR A JUDGEMENT FOR THE LIVING BY THE LIVING.

INVITATION BY THE JUDICIARY FOR A JUDGEMENT FOR THE LIVING BY THE LIVING.

Here on earth, I have been sent a written invitation from a Judge to come to the courthouse and help him with the help of 11 other citizens. But I do have a moral and religious dilemma due to my religious beliefs; I do not think I am jury duty material, and thus not very judgmental, even the Pope says who is he to judge. Can I evoke the law of being a conscientious objector and I be discharged on religious grounds that I stand on.

Please advise, and I ask you all why the Judge needs my help, he has the Supreme court and law libraries full of lawbook. why me? Does the Judge not trust himself or the education he got?  Or does he want to spread the blame when a decision is made and years later it found out that the Judge and Jury were wrong, and the defendant was innocent. Does a doctor, surgeon or podiatrist need my input? How does one fortify the judicial system and make the judge fully responsible for the decision and not bother the citizens. Should he not choose all lawyer & people associated with the law. Why lay people are burdened with the decisions making process? Many innocent people have been sent to lengthy prison terms by the jury made up of lay people, who were easily influenced by lawyers and without any hard evidence but circumstantial evidence, or evidence that was not submitted to the hearing by the prosecutor or the Judge himself did not allow evidence to be introduced, we this practically every other trial. What about the lawyer assigned to a defendant who cannot afford a lawyer aka a public defender who encourages the defendant to take a deal for lesser charge but still ends up in jail.

Now comes the day of reckoning who does this innocent man confront the Judge, the Jury, or the prosecutor. How incompetent are these people in the court house. How does this man get compensated for the time lost, his family life and how to remove the stigma of being a convicted felon? How does this innocent man can have all his rights and privileges restored.
