Dear Mr./MS Ted, your appearance on Ted was noteworthy to you & you alone, now I look forward to your disappearance behind the curtain of oblivion, like a magician after the act is over. Only friend in the room is the microphone that has to hear your venting for 18 minutes so go ahead and talk vague and beautiful things that are important to you but mean very little to others.
The substance of your speech & content is old as the hills, and valleys. You are playing this sad song on a very small violin, and we all have heard it before. Your concern about sensitivity in the workplace and loss of productivity, is nothing new. There is nothing new under the sun for veteran workers in every field, it seems you have just woken up from a deep sleep to the realities of world affairs, no amount of studies on issues from Cisco or other companies with diff business model ever see the light of day, they never amount to anything, so they spend time and efforts on more studies & repeat them to no consequence. Go figure.

The trees were full of newborn leaves and fruits were begging to be picked and to be savored by humanity.
