Human Resources, much has to be said about this appendage, a must have accessory of every corporation as required by law. It's a place where they shovel mounds of regulatory papers. Drug test and employment verification are part of hiring but no mental evaluation is ever given there lies the problem. when a complaint is launched against a supervisor or manager, he/she is given a tender slap on the wrist with a wink and a nod. If the abuse continues the employees is carted off to another dept to avoid undue confrontation. Now if the Manager in question, his attitude and treatment of his employees does not change and he becomes a very problematic item and the employees discuss his mind set in the lunchroom and bathroom is bringing the company to edge to faces lawsuits, media attention about discrimination etc. Recruiters are the moder day...
